Bhavya Omkarappa

Co-founder & CEO

Bhavya leads enterprise AI at Metacore, a global gaming company and a leader in its genre, where she built the AI strategy, governance and adoption programme from the ground up and scaled it across every discipline in the company. Her twelve years across engineering, product and operations at Sonus Networks, Ericsson and Metacore share one throughline: taking emerging technology from first pilot to company-wide scale. Born and raised in Bengaluru, she built her engineering foundations in the city's telecom industry before taking them global. She is also a co-creator of Seuraluuri, an AI phone companion for Finland's elderly. At BVA Solutions she sets the direction: AI products built fast, governed properly and scaled to real markets.

Valtteri Komulainen

CTO

Valtteri has spent fifteen years scaling companies through their steepest growth curves. As COO of Groupon Finland during its hypergrowth years he ran every non-sales function for one of the fastest-growing startups in the country, lifting customer satisfaction from below 60 percent to a sustained 95 plus while volumes multiplied. Across seven years at SaaS scale-up LeadDesk he built the operational backbone of rapid international growth: a 24/7 service operations centre built from zero, global technical support across four countries and operator services spanning six markets. He served as interim CEO of LeadCloud, delivering a regulatory turnaround and spin-out readiness, and today he is CIO of a 900-plus-employee healthcare technology group, running security, core production systems and AI-enabled productivity at scale. At BVA Solutions he owns the technology: architecture, delivery and the operational discipline that lets products grow without breaking.

BVA Solutions is not a consultancy and does not bill by the hour. We build products we own and finance ourselves, which means the people making the decisions also carry the cost of getting them wrong. Purohit and Seuraluuri were both built that way. Our capital goes into our own ventures rather than a portfolio of other people's.
